AER Measurement Schematics & Facility Delineation Requirements

This document contains:

1. excerpts from the AER Directive 017 – Measurement Requirements for Oil and Gas Operations that describe the new requirements for measurement schematics and facility delineation.
2. Corvelle guidance for the development of measurement schematics.

All Alberta operators are required to have updated measurement schematics by September 11, 2014. All Saskatchewan operators are required to have updated measurement schematics by the end of the four year implementation period that begins on April 1, 2016.
